By using this platform, you confirm that:

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

4. Marketplace Role and Responsibility
The Tasketeers provides a platform for connecting Customers and Vendors but does not:
- Employ Vendors
- Supervise Vendors
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services
Vendors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and payments must be made through The Tasketeers platform.
By making a booking, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable fees.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Tasketeers reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion to resolve disputes or protect Customers.
7. Vendor Independence
Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of The Tasketeers.
The Tasketeers is not responsible for:
- Service quality
- Service outcomes
- Vendor conduct
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass the platform for payments
- Interfere with platform operation
- Harass or harm other users
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tasketeers is not liable for:
- Any damages arising from services provided by Vendors
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, income, or opportunity
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Harmful or unsafe behavior
